乳腺炎

妻に突然38度を超す発熱があり、コロナを疑って子供と一緒に実家に退避したが、その高熱は乳腺炎が原因と判明した。

安心したのもつかの間、妻が子供のことで自分の時間を使い切り、ストレスも最高潮であり、乳腺炎の遠因になっていることを看護師さんから聞かされた。全く気が付かなかった私は自分を恥じた。家族の幸せを願って稼ぐことを信条にしてきたが、物事はそう単純ではないということだ。

大人になった自分の子供にどう思われたいのか、もう一度考え直す良いきっかけになった。

His wife suddenly had a fever exceeding 38 degrees Celsius, and suspecting corona, I evacuated to my parent's home with my 9-month-old child, but the high fever turned out to be caused by mastitis.

While I was relieved, the nurse told me that my wife was using up all her time on her own with our child and that her stress was at an all-time high, which was a remote cause of the mastitis. I was ashamed of myself for not realizing this at all. I had always believed in earning money for the happiness of my family, but things are not that simple.

It was a good opportunity for me to rethink how I want my child to think of me when she grows up.
